Semi Automatic mill consisting of four 400 mm stands roughing group followed by 6 stands 300 mm intermediate and finishing mill. Size range of products is 10 mm to 75 mm with plan to extend the range on higher side to 100 mm. Sections produced are rounds, flats & squares & Hexagoans. With plans afoot to add angles to the product range.

| The annealing section includes a 12 point temperature controlled Bogey hearth annealing furnace capable of operting at 1100 0C with a provision for water quenching. |

| The cold processing section comprises of pickling precision, drawing, peeling and centreless grinding machine. h-11 or equivalent tolerance is offered in drawing, peeling and grinding. In centreless grinding h-9 or equivalent tolerance can be offered. |

| The entire manufacturing process is subjected to rigorous process control, followed by final inspection prior to delivery. |
