We have a full setup in India of Stainless Steel casting (through Induction Furnace) & having a Flat Rolling Mill & Stainless Steel Cold Rolling Strips Mill with all facilities like Annealing & Pickling, Slitting, Skin Pass etc. Our products are currently being exported to several countries besides being one of the leading suppliers to India itself.

A 3.0 Ton melting capacity Induction furnace,Spectrometer with 32 channels, The Billets/Ingots size produced are in sizes 100 mm to 140 mm.

Semi Automatic mill consisting of four 400 mm stands roughing group followed by 6 stands 300 mm intermediate and finishing mill. Size range of products is 10 mm to 75 mm with plan to extend the range on higher side to 100 mm. Sections produced are rounds, flats & squares & Hexagoans. With plans afoot to add angles to the product range.
2 Nos - 4 High Cold Rolled - Stainless Steel Strips Mills

The annealing section includes a 12 point temperature controlled Bogey hearth annealing furnace capable of operting at 1100 0C with a provision for water quenching.

The cold processing section comprises of pickling precision, drawing, peeling and centreless grinding machine. h-11 or equivalent tolerance is offered in drawing, peeling and grinding. In centreless grinding h-9 or equivalent tolerance can be offered.

The entire manufacturing process is subjected to rigorous process control, followed by final inspection prior to delivery.

At the heart of the quality commitment at Sahu Refrigeration Industries Ltd. is modern, fully equipped laboratory which boasts a host of latest machines including a chemical testing section with a 32 channel Spectrometer, hardness tester and universal tensile testing machines. Zero defect products are supplied after rigid quality assurance.
